I had the pleasure of illustrating and painting a mural on the shutters of Mill Creek’s beloved neighbourhood wine shop, Color de Vino. Only viewed during the shop’s closed hours, the mural adds curb appeal and draws curiosity towards the shop.
Color de Vino is a woman-owned, family-run business known for their relationships and curated wine selections.
The design incorporates elements from the surrounding community; a baquette from the local bakery, a tote bag from the neighbouring shop, and stripes and a beret as a nod to the city’s French district.
